Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the FireWise website, Android/iOS mobile application, contact and product enquiry forms, and related API services. As the data controller, we process only the information necessary for the purposes described below.

2. Data we collect

We may receive the following data when you provide it or use our services:

• Contact information: first and last name, email address, phone number, and the message you submit.
• Product enquiries: the selected product name or identifier, your name, phone number, and an optional comment.
• Technical information: hosting or server logs may record an IP address, browser or device type, request time, and error details to operate and secure the service.
• Local preferences: language, search, filter, and view settings, as well as favourite products in the mobile app, may be stored locally in your browser or on your device.

FireWise does not require an account and does not collect payment information, precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, or health data.

3. How we use data

• To answer your enquiry, provide a consultation, and contact you.
• To process a product or service request and prepare a commercial proposal.
• To operate and secure the website, application, and API and troubleshoot errors.
• To comply with applicable law and protect our legitimate interests.

4. Who we share data with

Only where necessary to route enquiries to responsible staff and operate the services, data may be processed by:

• Telegram Bot API: enquiries from the website and mobile app are delivered to an internal FireWise Telegram group. Your name, phone number, email, product details, and message may therefore pass through Telegram infrastructure.
• Technical providers: hosting and infrastructure providers that operate the website, API, and data transmission.
• Authorities: where disclosure is required by law, court order, or another valid legal request.

We do not sell personal data, provide it to advertisers, or use it for behavioural advertising.

5. International transfers

Telegram and some technical providers may process data on servers outside Uzbekistan. Where this occurs, we limit the transfer to what is necessary to provide the service and seek to apply appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention and security

Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to handle your request, work with you, and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Messages sent to Telegram may likewise remain in the internal group until no longer needed.

We use technical safeguards such as HTTPS transmission and restricted access. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage, however, can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Cookies and local storage

The website may use necessary cookies or browser local storage to remember language and interface preferences. The website currently does not use tracking cookies for advertising or marketing analytics. When you follow external social-media links, the privacy practices of those services apply.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may contact us to exercise the following rights:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and request a copy.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated data.
• Ask us to delete data or restrict its processing.
• Withdraw consent or object to processing.

Include your name and phone number or email so we can identify the relevant enquiry. You can clear locally stored preferences yourself through your browser or application settings.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are primarily intended for organisations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that such data has been received, we will take steps to delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services or applicable law. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. We will provide an appropriate additional notice if a change is material.
